What data easy-mapper holds
easy-mapper collects a minimal set of information to operate and improve the app and site:
- In-app analytics — anonymous usage events such as scenes created and effects applied. These are not linked to your name or email address.
- Subscription status — managed entirely by Apple. We receive a receipt token but never see your payment details.
- Support correspondence — any emails you send to support@easy-mapper.com, including attachments.
- Site analytics — aggregated, anonymised signals from visits to easy-mapper.com. These are not personally identifiable.
What deletion covers
When you submit a deletion request we will:
- Remove any support emails and attachments tied to your address.
- Ask our analytics providers to purge event records associated with your device identifier where their platforms allow it.
- Confirm completion by email, typically within 30 days.
We cannot delete data held solely by Apple (subscription receipts, App Store purchase history). Those records are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Deleting the app from your device
Uninstalling easy-mapper from your iPhone or iPad removes all locally stored mappings, scenes, and settings. It does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that first through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
How to submit a deletion request
Send an email to support@easy-mapper.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:
- The email address you used for any support correspondence.
- The Apple ID email associated with your App Store purchase (optional but speeds up the process).
- A brief description of the data you want removed.
We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and confirm completion within 30 days.
