Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we store, what gets deleted, and how to submit a request.

We cannot delete data held solely by Apple (subscription receipts, App Store purchase history). Those records are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app from your device

Uninstalling easy-mapper from your iPhone or iPad removes all locally stored mappings, scenes, and settings. It does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that first through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.

How to submit a deletion request

Send an email to support@easy-mapper.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:
