Connection issues

Make sure your adapter is compatible with your device port (USB-C or Lightning) and that the projector is set to the correct HDMI input. For AirPlay, verify both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Subscription or billing

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To restore a purchase, open the app, tap the icon in the top right, then tap Restore Purchase. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.

Picking the right projector

Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and submit a refund request for the easy-mapper charge.
