Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EasyMapper Studio ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you visit easy-mapper.xyz (the "Site") and when you use the EasyMapper Studio mobile app (the "App").
Information we collect on the Site
When you browse the Site we may collect a small amount of information about your visit, including:
- The pages you open and links you tap.
- How you reached the Site, for example a referral from a social post, newsletter, or another site.
- Basic device and browser information such as type and language.
- Aggregated usage and analytics signals.
We use this information to understand which pages are useful, fix what is not, and measure whether our launches reach the people they were meant for.
How we collect it
We use analytics tools and similar technologies, including cookies and identifiers, to collect the information described above. Our analytics providers may place or read cookies from their own domains when you use the Site.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of third-party services:
- Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly page views and basic traffic metrics on the Site.
- AppsFlyer and Meta (Facebook) for measuring the performance of our App advertising campaigns, as described below.
These providers handle data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Third-party analytics and advertising in the App
We use third-party service providers, specifically AppsFlyer and Meta (Facebook), to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and help us understand how users interact with EasyMapper Studio.
When you use the App, these third-party SDKs may collect certain device identifiers and usage information, including:
- Device identifiers — your Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and proprietary vendor IDs.
- Usage data — product interaction events, such as app launches, feature usage, and specific actions taken within the App.
- Technical data — IP address, device type, operating system version, and network status.
This data is used to track your activity across other apps and websites owned by other companies, to serve you targeted advertisements, and to measure the effectiveness of those ads.
Your tracking choices (App Tracking Transparency)
We respect your privacy preferences regarding targeted advertising. We will not collect or share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) with AppsFlyer or Meta for tracking purposes unless you explicitly grant us permission.
- iOS users — the first time you open EasyMapper Studio, you will see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for permission to track your activity.
- Changing your preferences— you can change your tracking permission at any time in your device settings: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and toggle the switch for EasyMapper Studio. If you opt out, AppsFlyer and Meta will not receive your IDFA, and your data will not be used to deliver targeted third-party ads.
Data retention and deletion
We retain the usage data and identifiers associated with your device only for as long as necessary to fulfill the advertising and measurement purposes described above, or as required by law. Meta requires attribution providers to delete user-level data after 6 months.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, including data shared with our third-party advertising partners. See our Data Deletion page for how to submit a request. Upon receiving a verifiable request, we will initiate deletion of your identifiable data from our active databases and forward the request to our partners, including AppsFlyer and Meta, in accordance with their respective data processing agreements.
Partner privacy policies
Because we use these third-party services, your data is also subject to their respective privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how they process and protect your information:
Affiliate and third-party links
The Site links out to the App Store, retailers (for example, Amazon), and other third-party sites. Some of those links are affiliate or tracking links: when you click them, the destination may set cookies and we may receive a small commission or attribution credit. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices.
Your choices
You can block or limit cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings. Choosing not to use the Site avoids any Site-related collection. Your App tracking choices are described above under "Your tracking choices (App Tracking Transparency)".
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
